2 uova
4 ravanelli con le foglie
un cucchiaio di formaggio grattugiato
sale, pepe
1/2 cucchiaio di olio extravergine d’oliva
Lavate e affettate sia i ravanelli che le sue foglie. In una ciotola rompete le uova e mescolate, aggiungete le foglie dei ravanelli, il formaggio grattugiato, sale e pepe, l’olio e le fette di ravanelli e amalgamare con cura.
Procedimento
Riscaldate una piccola padella antiaderente precedentemente unta, appena calda versare il composto, chiudete con il coperchio e lasciate cuocere circa 10 minuti a fiamma media. Trasferite nel piatto e servite calda.
