INGREDIENTI
– 360 gr di riso
– 70 gr di burro
– 4 kiwi
– 1 cipolla
– Brodo vegetale q.b.
– Brodo vegetale q.b.
– Sale q.b.
PROCEDIMENTO: Sbucciate la cipolla e tritarla. Successivamente prendete un tegame e fate rosolare il burro e la cipolla, quando quest’ultima sarà dorata buttate il riso e fatelo tostare. Fate cuocere il riso per circa 20 minuti aggiungendo di volta in volta il brodo vegetale caldo e mescolate. Infine, regolate con il sale e prima di spegnere il fuoco unite al risotto la polpa dei wiki sbucciati e frullati. Togliete dai fornelli e impiattate il vostro risotto light. Adornate il piatto a vostro piacimento.
