INGREDIENTI
• 250 g di ceci già cotti
• 100 g di songino
• 2 carote piccole
• Olio
• Sale
• 3 Fichi
PROCEDIMENTO
Per realizzare questa fresca e gustosa insalatona ci vorranno pochi minuti. Prima di tutto cuocere i ceci e freddarli. Successivamente mettere in una ciotola il songino dopo averlo sciacquato, aggiungere le carote a rondelle e i ceci cotti precedentemente. Infine, tagliate a vostro piacimento i fichi freschi e condite con sale e olio. Potete accompagnare il tutto con una schiacciata al mais e mix di semi.
La ricetta è molto semplice ma piena di nutrienti, perfetta per le alte temperature di questi giorni.
