INGREDIENTI
– 1 pompelmo
– 100 gr di feta
– 100 gr di mesticanza
– 1 melograno
– Sale q.b..

Procedimento: Per fare questa insalatona invernale in primis va sbucciato il pompelmo e poi fatto a spicchi. Successivamente aprite il melograno e ricavatene alcuni chicchi. Dopo aver pesato e tagliato la feta greca a cubetti, prendete un piatto o una ciotola e mettete la mesticanza, la feta, il pompelmo e i chicchi del melograno. Infine, aggiungete sale e olio a vostro piacimento, senza esagerare!
