Ingredienti
– 3/4 zucchine
– 1 confezione di robiola (o altro formaggio spalmabile)
– sale e pepe qb
– olio extravergine d’oliva
– basilico fresco o timo qb
Procedimento
Lavate e tagliate le zucchine a fettine sottili nel senso della lunghezza, scottatele in acqua bollente salata per circa 3-4 minuti poi scolatele e tamponatele con della carta assorbente.
Appena raffreddate, mettete su un lato il formaggio spalmabile, aggiungete un pizzico di sale e pepe, richiudetele arrotolandole su se stesse.
Disponete i rotolini di zucchine su un piatto, passate sopra un filo d’olio extravergine d’oliva, del basilico tritato.
Riponetele in frigorifero per almeno mezz’ora prima di servirle.
