Ingredienti per 4 persone:
500 g di topinambur
olio extravergine di oliva q.b.
sale q.b.
pepe q.b.
basilico secco q.b.
prezzemolo q.b.
Procedimento
Dopo aver pulito i tuberi, tagliateli a fettine sottili o a tocchetti; disponete su una teglia foderata di carta forno, condite con olio di oliva extravergine, sale, pepe, prezzemolo e basilico. Inserite in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 30 minuti. Dopo 15 minuti, controllate la cottura e se necessario girate le fettine (se le avete fatte molto sottili, saranno già cotte).
Appena saranno belle dorate e morbide dentro, sfornate, lasciate intiepidire e servite
